Project Background:

The client is a renowned manufacturer of air conditioning and refrigerator appliances in Indonesia, producing various types of refrigeration condensers. They require us to customize a condenser production line for their operations.

The client established contact with us in 2019 through a referral from a previous client. Initially, there wasn't complete mutual trust, and they had been comparing various suppliers domestically. They planned to visit our factory before delving into detailed discussions about cooperation. However, due to the pandemic, the client was unable to physically visit our factory for an on-site inspection.

After the end of the COVID-19 pandemic at the end of 2022, domestic and international exchanges resumed normalcy. During this time, the client resumed frequent communication with us. They provided updated drawings of their latest products, which led to revised recommendations and quotations for the machinery they required. Through email correspondence, we diligently addressed all of the client's inquiries, earning their appreciation.

In the realm of condenser production lines, our company has amassed considerable project experience and a portfolio, having collaborated with numerous renowned domestic and international refrigerator manufacturers. Therefore, in April 2023, when the client learned that our factory had the customized machines for other clients available, they promptly booked tickets to visit our facility without hesitation.

Upon their arrival, we initially presented an overview of the company, showcasing previous project videos, images, and the recommended equipment specifically tailored for their project: such as the high-speed wire straightening and cutting machine, Bundy tube straightening and cutting machine, Bundy tube bending machine, condenser multi-head automatic welding machine, Bundy tube chamfering and deburring machine. Throughout the visit, our senior management and engineers were present, providing on-site clarification regarding the machinery.

Subsequently, we engaged in an office discussion regarding the final configuration and pricing of the machines. During this discussion, the client verbally expressed their intention to collaborate with us then and there.

After returning to their country, the client issued an official Purchase Order (PO) to us within a week and signed a formal contract.

After a span of 30 days, the machines were completed. The client revisited our facility for equipment acceptance, confirming that all machines met their requirements and successfully produced the intended products. Subsequently, we arranged for the packaging and shipping of the equipment in containers. Additionally, our team dispatched engineers to the client's facility for installation, debugging, and training.
